Dual ICD Code Submission

Dual ICD Submission enables users to map the ICD-9 codes present in a claim to the respective ICD-10 codes of vice-versa, and then send these mapped codes in electronic and paper claim submission based on the type of ICD the insurance accepts.

This feature is used in cases where the primary insurance accepts ICD-9 codes and the secondary accepts ICD-10 or vice-versa after the ICD-10 go-live date.
