Practice Management (PM) system is established and reliable for practices of

other providers. Scheduling features allow staff to manage exceptions and select
a 5-day or 7-day calendar view. Submit
claims electronically, track the status of claims, and communicate on-line
with payers to confirm patient eligibility and determine what services will
be paid, and when. Electronically receive and post payments, automatically
reconcile each patient encounter, confirm insurances, and check codes (CPT,
ICD, etc.) to ensure error-free claims submission. eClinicalWorks PM software
is like having another billing assistant -- who never stops! Generate
patient statements and collection letters according to practice defined
parameters. Easily generate daily, monthly and yearly financial reports.
Also, several reports are included in a reports menu, allowing customers to
easily monitor the financial aspects of the practice. eClinicalWorks
PM provides features to look up and manage patient accounts. Customers can
define mandatory patient fields, look up a patient with multiple providers,

claim validation rates. Integrated CodeCheck reduces denials and re-work by
enabling seamless integration of your healthcare information system with
Accuro's code validation and claim scrubbing capabilities. It generates
alerts for each charge transaction, highlighting transactions that are
